Desain Fasilitas Kabin Pengemudi Logistik Berbasis Pendekatan Ergonomi Total

Kursi pengemudi tidak hanya berfungsi sebagai tempat duduk, tetapi juga memainkan peran penting dalam mendukung kenyamanan fisik dan mental pengemudi. Kursi yang tidak ergonomis dapat meningkatkan risiko kelelahan dan masalah kesehatan, termasuk gangguan muskuloskeletal. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan fasilitas ergonomis tambahan pada kursi pengemudi, yaitu bantalan duduk, sandaran punggung, dan sandaran leher, guna mengurangi risiko gangguan muskuloskeletal. Desain fasilitas ini menggunakan Pendekatan Ergonomi Total dengan metode antropometri, di mana dimensi disesuaikan dengan persentil ke-50 dan ke-95. Sepuluh pengemudi logistik dari sebuah perusahaan minuman di Kabupaten Tangerang, Banten, dilibatkan sebagai subjek penelitian. Pengukuran antropometri mencakup panjang popliteal-pantat, lebar pinggul, tinggi bahu saat duduk, dan lebar bahu. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan SPSS, dengan uji normalitas Shapiro-Wilk untuk memastikan distribusi data normal. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa fasilitas tambahan yang dirancang secara ergonomis dapat meningkatkan kenyamanan pengemudi dan mengurangi keluhan muskuloskeletal. Selain itu, fasilitas ini didasarkan pada pendekatan Teknologi Tepat Guna (TTG) yang menjamin efektivitas dari segi teknis, ekonomis, ergonomis, dan ramah lingkungan. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa intervensi ergonomis pada desain kursi pengemudi berkontribusi secara signifikan terhadap peningkatan kinerja, kesehatan, dan keselamatan pengemudi logistik.
