ANALISA TINGKAT KEANDALAN OPERATOR MENGGUNAKAN METODE HEART (HUMAN ERROR ASSESSMENT AND REDUCTION TECHNIQUE) PADA PABRIK TAHU MANTEP CIANJUR JAWA BARAT

Pabrik Tahu Mantep merupakan pabrik tahu yang di berada di daerah Cianjur Jawa Barat. Pabrik tahu ini memiliki pelanggan yaitu pasar tradisional dan restoran di daerah Cianjur, bahkan pemasaran nya sudah sampai ke Bogor. Perkembangan industri di zaman sekarang mendorong industri – industri kecil untuk meningkatkan produktifitasnya. Untuk menangani terjadinya masalah human error metode yang dapat digunakan yaitu metode HEART (Human Error Assessment and Reduction Technique) merupakan salah satu teknik dalam menghitung probabilitas kesalahan manusia. Metode ini merupakan metode perhitungan berdasarkan penilaian dari sisi ergonomi. Dari hasil pengumpulan dan pengolahan data dengan menggunakan metode heartz pada proses pembuatan tahu mantep dapat disimpulkan bahwa kegiatan yang memiliki nilai kemungkinan kesalahan terbesar terdapat pada proses penyaringan kedelai untuk di pisahkan dari hampasnya. Dengan kemungkinan error yang dilakukan oleh operator yaitu tidak memastikan kain yang digunakan dalam keadaan baik. Pada proses tersebut didapatkan nilai HEP sebesar 0.068. Lalu didapatkan nilai tingkat keandalan operator sebesar 0.368038535.Downloads
