Implementasi Design For Assembly (DFA) Pada Desain Produk Oven

Oven merupakan hasil industri kerajinan almuinium dan stainless yang berfungsi untuk memanaskan, memanggang, dan mengeringkan yang biasa diguanakan dalam kegiatan rumah tangga maupun industri. Adapun masalah yang sering dihadapi para produsen oven manajemen inovasi yang kurang. Produsen masih mengandalkan cara lama untuk memproduksi produk oven dengan hanya mengandalkan palu dan gunting serta keahlian pengrajin yang minim inovasi, oleh sebab itu belum adanya strategi menentukan desain yang tepat untuk memenuhi keinginan konsumen sehingga menyebabkan tingkat penjualan yang belum maksimal. Dalam penelitian ini kita menganalisa menggunakan metode Design for Assembly (DFA) di dalam mengetahui metode yang tepat dalam merancang desain produk oven. Dari penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan apa saja yang dibutuhkan pelaku UMKM oven agar meningkatkan kualitas produk oven serta mendapatkan gambaran secara detail apa saja yang harus di lakukan untuk memaksimalkan produksi supaya kebutuhan model dan desain konsumen dapat terpenuhi dan mendapatkan peningkatan jumlah produksi.
