Abstract

To attract customers, businesses must produce interesting content to get attention. There are many things businesses can do to create interesting content. Of course, by using the strategies that have been designed in order to achieve the desired goals. The purpose of this research is to find out @_temanmanis' strategy in producing reels content on the @_temanmanis Instagram page which includes pre-production, production and post-production stages. The theory used in this research is production management strategy theory according to George R. Terry by using post positivism paradigm and descriptive qualitative approach method. The focus of this research is how @temanmanis Strategy in Producing Reels Content on the @_temanmanis Instagram Page which includes Pre-Production, Production and Post-Production Stages. The results of this study are that @temanmanis in producing reels content on his Instagram page uses a production management strategy with the POAC approach. 1). Planning, namely creating a vision and mission and also determining concepts, 2) Organazing, namely preparing tools and equipment and dividing tasks, 3) Actuating, namely carrying out the production process and also editing videos, 4) Controlling, namely determining hours of uploading content and monitoring the number of viewers of published content.
