PENGARUH IKLIM KERJA DAN MOTIVASI KERJA TERHADAP KINERJA PEGAWAI DI DEPUTI REHABILITASI & REKONSTRUKSI BADAN NASIONAL PENANGGULANGAN BENCANA (BNPB)
Abstract
The purpose of this study are, to: 1) Determine the influence of working climate on employee performance Deputy Rehabilitation and Reconstruction BNPB; 2) Determine the influence of work motivation on employee performance BNPB; 3) Determine the influence of the working climate and work motivation on employee performance BNPB. The technique of sampling is using all members of the population which is also called the total sample (total sampling) or with a total census respondents who used as many as 72 employees. The analytical method used is descriptive analysis where the data is processed by using multiple linear regression. Results showed that Climate Work and Work Motivation together (simultaneously) significantly influence employee performance in Deputy Rehabilitation and Reconstruction BNPB. Partially Climate Work and Work Motivation significantly influence employee performance in the BNPB. Work motivation is the variable that has the most impact on employee performance Deputy Rehabilitation and Reconstruction BNPB.
