Abstrak

Job satisfaction of employees in a company very important role in order to create optimal performance. The performance of organizational should strive to improve the satisfaction of the members in organization. Satisfaction is an evaluation that describes a person’s feelings of satisfaction or dissatisfaction in work. This study aimed to determine the effect of career development, compensation and work motivation for job satisfaction of employees. The population in this research is all employees in company with the sampling using nonprobability sampling method is sampling saturated with 53 respondents. Data analysis method used is multiple linear regression. The result showed career development, compensation and work motivation simultaneously have a positive and significant impact on job satisfaction of employee PT. Alun Alun Indonesia Kreasi. The partial test result shows that compensation and work motivation influence job satisfaction. While career development does not partially influence job satisfaction. Based on the results of research, the companies giving extra allowances to employees who are already dedicated to the company, and giving reward to the employees who have good skills
