Abstract


environment on employee job satisfaction at the Jakarta City Government Tourism and Culture Office. The population in this study were 130 employees at the Jakarta City Government Tourism and Culture Office. The sampling method used was Accidental Sampling by taking 130 employees and rounding it up to 100 employees working in the Jakarta City Government Tourism and Culture Office. Data collection methods using survey method, with the research instruments using questionnaires and interviews. The data analysis methods uses Structural Equation Model-Partial Least Square. This research proves that job stress has a positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction, work motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction and physical work environment has a negative and insignificant effect on employee job satisfaction.
