PENGARUH PENDIDIKAN KEWIRAUSAHAAN DAN EFIKASI DIRI TERHADAP POLA PIKIR BEWIRAUSAHA DENGAN SIKAP SEBAGAI VARIABEL MEDIASI PADA MAHASISWA (Studi Kasus Pada Mahasiswa di Perguruan Tinggi Swasta Jakarta Barat)

Tujuan utama dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Pendidikan Kewirausahaan dan Efikasi Diri Terhadap Pola Pikir Berwirausaha Dengan Sikap Sebagai Variabel Mediasi Pada Mahasiswa. Desain penelitian dengan menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif. Data dalam penelitian diperoleh dari 153 responden yang merupakan mahasiswa universitas swasta di Jakarta Barat (Universitas Bina Nusantara, Universitas Trisakti, Universitas Tarumanegara, dan Universitas Esa Unggul) dengan menggunakan kuisioner sebagai alat pengumpulan data. Analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan alat uji SEM PLS dilakukan pengujian discriminat validity, convergen validity, composite realiability, outer model, inner model dan uji hipotesis. Tahap pertama dalam penelitian ini untuk menguji validitas pertanyaan setiap variabel berikut dengan reliabilitasnya. Tahap kedua menguji pengaruh masing-masing variabel. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan pendidikan kewirausahaan berpengaruh positif terhadap pola pikir berwirausaha, efikasi diri berpengaruh positif terhadap pola pikir berwirausaha, pendidikan kewirausahaan berpengaruh positif terhadap sikap kewirausahaan, efikasi diri berpengaruh positif terhadap sikap kewirausahaan, sikap kewirausahaan berpengaruh terhadap pola pikir berwirausaha.
