KINERJA ASET RUSUNAWA BALESARAKAN KABUPATEN BANDUNG BERDASARKAN POST-OCCUPANCY EVALUATION
Abstract
Rusunawa Balesarakan merupakan aset daerah yang dimiliki oleh Pemerintah Daerah Kabupaten yang dibangun untuk memenuhi kebutuhan rumah tinggal yang layak huni bagi masyarakat berpenghasilan rendah. Namun, berdasarkan hasil observasi pendahuluan terdapat beberapa indikasi masalah pada kinerja aset nya. Tujuan dari penelitian ini yakni untuk mengetahui kinerja aset Rusunawa Balesarakan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif dan kuantitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan observasi, wawancara, kuesioner, dan studi dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kinerja aset Rusunawa Balesarakan belum mencapai kondisi yang optimal, karena beberapa indikator masih belum terpenuhi akibat aset dalam kondisi rusak, belum tersedia dan/atau belum memenuhi kriteria. Sehingga, perlu dilakukan perencanaan renovasi aset pada Rusunawa Balesarakan Kabupaten Bandung.
Balesarakan Low-Cost Apartment is a regional asset owned by the Regency Government which was built to meet the needs of livable housing for low-income people. However, based on the results of preliminary observations, there are some indications of problems in its asset performance. The purpose of this study is to determine the asset performance of Balesarakan Low-Cost Apartment Bandung Regency. The research method used is descriptive method with qualitative and quantitative approaches. Data collection techniques were carried out by observation, interviews, questionnaires, and documentation studies. The data analysis technique used is descriptive statistical data analysis technique. The results showed that some of the assets of Balesarakan Low-Cost Apartment were in a damaged condition, not yet available and did not meet the criteria. Thus, it is necessary to plan for asset renovation at Balesarakan Low-Cost Apartment, Bandung Regency.
