Pengembangan Sistem Informasi JaBol Sebagai Sarana Pelaporan dan Edukasi Jalan Rusak

Jalan merupakan aspek penting dalam sarana transportasi dan kehidupan modern. Oleh karena itu, menjaga kualitas jalan juga merupakan langkah penting dalam menunjang keselamatan dan kenyamanan pengguna jalan. Kondisi jalan yang buruk dapat menimbulkan kemacetan, kecelakaan, turunnya produktivitas, dan kelelahan pengemudi. Dari persoalan tersebut, maka perlu dibuat sarana berupa sistem informasi berbasis website yang akan membantu menuntaskan masalah tersebut. Dalam penelitian ini, website dibangun menggunakan System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) dengan model Agile, bertujuan agar pengembangan dapat dilakukan secara berulang dan menghasilkan aplikasi yang berkualitas baik. Model agile terdiri atas perencanaan, implementasi, tes perangkat lunak, dokumentasi, deployment, dan pemeliharaan. Perancangan sistem informasi menggunakan desain sistem model UML (Unified Modelling Language), yaitu Use Case Diagram dan Entity Relationship Diagram. Sistem informasi berbasis website ini dikembangkan memakai bahasa pemrograman PHP, framework Bootstrap, dan database MySQL. Hasil pada penelitian ini adalah sebuah website bernama JaBol sebagai sarana pelaporan dan edukasi jalan rusak bertujuan untuk memudahkan masyarakat ikut andil dalam menjaga kualitas jalan, dengan fitur utamanya yaitu pelaporan dan edukasi. Hasil pengujian terhadap masyarakat menunjukkan bahwa sistem informasi yang dibangun efektif, berguna, dan menarik dalam mendukung proses pelaporan kerusakan jalan. Sistem informasi yang dibangun diharapkan dapat menjadi solusi untuk menjawab permasalahan jalan rusak yang ada.
