Submission Preparation Checklist

As part of the submission process, authors are required to check off their submission's compliance with all of the following items, and submissions may be returned to authors that do not adhere to these guidelines.
  • The Journal publishes manuscripts written in the English language.  Manuscript submitted to the journal for publication should be original contribution and must not have been previously published or is under consideration simultaneously by any other publication.

  • The submission file should be in Microsoft Word (DOC or DOCX) file format. Authors can utilize the provided Article Template for formatting.

  • Manuscripts must be prepared in English using Cambria font throughout the document and submitted in A4 paper size. The manuscript should not exceed 15 pages, including figures, tables, and references.
    The page layout must use 2.54 cm (1 inch) top and bottom margins and 1.27 cm (0.5 inch) left and right margins.
    The manuscript should be organized in a single-column format for all main sections, including Introduction, Methods, Results and Discussion, Conclusion, Acknowledgements, and References. The title, author names, affiliations, and abstract should also be presented in a single-column format.
    The title, author names, and affiliations must be left-aligned, with no blank lines between these elements. All paragraphs should be justified and begin with a 0.635 cm (0.25 inch) first-line indentation.
    The journal uses the following font styles and sizes throughout the manuscript: the title should be written in 18-point bold font using Title Case capitalization; author names should be in 10-point bold font; affiliations should be in 10-point regular font; the abstract and main text should be in 10-point regular font; figure captions and table captions should be in 9-point regular font; and references should be formatted in 9-point regular font using numbered citation style.
    Authors are encouraged to ensure consistency in formatting throughout the manuscript. Figures and tables should be placed as close as possible to their first citation in the text, and the final page layout should be arranged neatly to maintain a professional appearance.

  • The text adheres to the stylistic and bibliographic requirements outlined in the Author Guidelines, which is found in About the Journal Section. 

  • References in the text should be denoted by giving the numbering in square brackets in line with the. All references list should be included at the end of the manuscript. References listed must follow IEEE formatting guidelines. For more detail, please read the referencing system guidelines at https://ieeeauthorcenter.ieee.org/wp-content/uploads/IEEE-Reference-Guide.pdf. Authors are responsible for the accuracy and completeness of all information in the reference. The actual authors can be referred to, but the reference number(s) must always be given. Number the references (numbers in square brackets) in the list in the order in which they appear in the text. We recommend using reference management software such as Mendeley, Zotero, EndNote, or similar tools for efficient reference and bibliography management.

Author Guidelines

The authors should submit only papers that have been carefully proofread and polished. Manuscripts are accepted with the understanding that they are original or extended versions of previously published papers in conferences and/or journals and that, if the work received an official sponsorship, it has been duly released for open publication. Before submission please make sure that your paper is prepared using the journal Article Template.

The authors must refer to IJIMEAM format and style based Author Guidelines Template. The authors should send a Cover Letter as a Supplement File in the submission step as well. This will ensure fast processing and publication. 

The Author is able to track the submission through the editorial process - as well as participate in the copyediting and proofreading of submissions accepted for publication - by logging in, and using the username and password provided.

The journal writing format, explained as follows:

The title of the manuscript should be no more than 12 words, accurately describe the content.

Authors (and co-authors) names are written below the title of the manuscript, without including their titles or degrees.

Authors’ affiliations are written below the names; email of the corresponding author is written below the affiliations.

The abstract consists of 200-300 words written in a single paragraph. It should be clear, informative, descriptive, and provide a clear statement of the problem, the proposed approach or solution, and point out major findings and conclusions.

Keywords consist of five words or phrases which are important, specific, or representative to the article.

The introduction should provide a clear background, a clear statement of the problem, the relevant literature on the subject, the proposed approach or solution, the new value of research, and end with the purpose of the study.

The method includes research chronological, including research design, research procedures, research model, instruments, and analysis techniques used in solving problems.

Results and Discussion should be an objective description of the results and should be in relation to the purposes of research.

References should at least consist of 15 most pertinent and up-to-date sources. 80% of the references must be from reputable international journals published in less than 5 years. We recommend using reference management software such as Mendeley, Zotero, EndNote, or similar tools for efficient reference and bibliography management. References listed must follow IEEE formatting guidelines. Any papers not fulfilling the requirements based on the guideline to authors will not be processed.

Reference Management

Authors are required to use reference management software such as Mendeley, Zotero, or EndNote to ensure citation accuracy and formatting consistency.


Articles

Original Research Articles: Full-length papers presenting novel experimental and theoretical findings.

Reviews

Review Articles: Comprehensive reviews that summarize, analyze, and provide insights into recent developments in specific fields.
