All papers must be submitted through the IJIMEAM online submission system. Authors are required to prepare the manuscript in accordance with the journal author guidelines and article template before submission. Please follow the step-by-step instructions below to complete your submission properly.

Please include the following information in your email:
- Full name
- Institution / affiliation
- Email address
- Country
- Research area
After receiving your username and password, log in through the journal website using the official login page.
Before submission, ensure that your manuscript complies with the journal format and structure requirements.
- Use the official article template
- Follow the author guidelines carefully
- Complete all required sections of the manuscript
- Check references, figures, tables, and metadata
After logging in, go to your user dashboard and click New Submission. Then complete the following stages:
- Start: Check all submission checklist items.
- Upload Submission: Upload the manuscript file.
- Enter Metadata: Fill in title, abstract, keywords, and author details.
- Upload Supplementary Files: Add cover letter or supporting documents if needed.
- Confirmation: Review and finish the submission.
After the submission is completed, the system will send a confirmation email. Authors may monitor the manuscript status through the user dashboard.
