Penelitian ini bertujuan menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh kompetensi, motivasi tenaga kesehatan melalui komitmen organisasi sebagai variabel intervening terhadap kualitas pelayanan di RSUD Cileungsi. Data penelitian menggunakan data primer dan data sekunder. Data primer berasal dari kuisioner serta data sekunder yang diperoleh dari instansi yang bersangkutan. Metode sampling dilakukan terhadap 60 responden, seluruh populasi. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah Partial Least Square. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa komitmen organisasi tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kualitas pelayanan. Namun, kompetensi terhadap komitmen organisasi, kompetensi terhadap kualitas pelayanan, motivasi terhadap komitmen organisasi serta motivasi terhadap kualitas pelayanan berpengaruh signifikan. Adapun motivasi merupakan variabel yang pengaruhnya paling besar terhadap kualitas pelayanan tenaga kesehatan.References
