Abstract. This study aims to analyze the effect of occupational safety and health, work discipline, and organizational climate on employee performance at production division PT. XYZ. The object of the research was PT.XYZ production division employees with a total sample of 98 people, the observation period 2017-2018. The independent variables in this study are occupational safety and health, work discipline, and organizational climate while the dependent variable is employee performance. Analysis of the data used is descriptive statistics using SPSS with multiple regression analysis methods. The results of this study indicate that occupational safety dan health partially has a significant effect on employee performance, then work discipline partially has a significant effect on employee performance, then the organizational climate partially has a significant effect on employee performance, and simultaneously occupational safety and health, work discipline, and organizational climate have a significant effect on employee performance.
Abstrak. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh keselamatan kesehatan kerja, disiplin kerja, dan iklim organisasi terhadap kinerja karyawan di divisi produksi PT. XYZ. Obyek penelitiannya adalah karyawan di divisi produksi PT. XYZ dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 98 orang, periode pengamatan 2017–2018. Variabel independen pada penelitian ini adalah keselamatan kesehatan kerja, disiplin kerja, dan iklim organiasai sedangkan variabel dependennya adalah kinerja karyawan. Analisis data yang digunakan yaitu Statistik Deskriptif menggunakan SPSS dengan metode analisis regresi berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa keselamatan kesehatan kerja secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, kemudian disiplin kerja secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, selanjutnya iklim organisasi secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, dan secara simultan keselamatan kesehatan kerja, disiplin kerja, dan iklim organisasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan.
