Perlindungan dan Pelayanan merupakan salah satu strategi pembangunan untuk meningkatkan kreatifitas, khususnya bagi kaum difabel yang diberikan pengetahuan dan pelatihan keterampilan untuk hidup mandiri. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana peran pemerintah Kabupaten Tulungagung dalam mewujudkan perlindungan dan pelayanan penyandang difabel dan bagaimana dampak program pemerintah dalam mewujudkan perlindungan dan pelayanan penyandang difabel di kabupaten Tulungagung. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif diskriptif dengan metode studi kasus. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan wawancara dan observasi.Hasil Penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perlindungan dan pelayanan penyandang difabel Kabupaten Tulungagung sudah cukup baik meskipun belum secara maksimalkarena masih adanya harapan para difabel yang belum terpenuhi yaitu bagi pemerintah untuk memberikan program pendidikan dan pelatihan yang berkelanjutan.Downloads

Copyright Transfer Agreement (for Publishing)
