Penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh keterikatan kerja, jenjang karirdan standar
pelatihanterhadap kinerja karyawan PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) wilayah Jakarta
1. Objek penelitian ini adalah karyawan yang bekerja pada PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia
(Persero) wilayah Jakarta 1.Penelitian ini dilakukan terhadap 85 responden dengan
menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif. Karena itu, analisis data yang digunakan
adalah analisis statistik dalam bentuk uji regresi linear berganda.Hasil penelitian ini
menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial dan simultan, variabel keterikatan kerja, jenjang karir
dan standar pelatihan terhadap kinerja karyawan padaPT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero)
Wilayah Jakarta 1. Hal ini dibuktikan dari hasil uji simultan (uji F) dan hasil uji parsial
(uji t) juga menunjukkan nilai signifikan dari tiga variabel bebas yang mendukung
hipotesa. Hasil uji dari penelitian ini menyatakan bahwa terdapat pengaruh secara simultan
antara keterikatan kerja, jenjang karir dan standar pelatihan terhadap kinerja karyawan PT.
