Rancangan UI/UX Emergency Button Pada Penanggulangan Situasi Darurat Menggunakan Metode Design Thinking

Saat terjadi keadaan darurat di Indonesia banyak kalangan masyarakat yang kurang paham bagaimana melakukan pertolongan pertama pada situasi darurat kemudian sosialisasi penanggulangan darurat masih kurang efektif sehingga banyak masyarakat yang tidak mengetahui bagaimana menghubungi petugas. Beberapa kalangan tertentu sudah mengetahui cara menghubungi petugas atau bahkan dapat melakukan pertolongan pertama pada saat terjadinya kedaan darurat seperti kecelakaan, bencana alam, kebakaran dan sebagainya. Namun tidak semua masyarakat mengetahui cara melakukan pertolongan pertama pada saat terjadi situasi darurat. Semakin lama keadaan darurat ditangani maka semakin banyak pula korban jiwa dan kerugian yang dialami oleh masyarakat. Agar dapat menyelesaikan masalah tersebut maka dibangun suatu rancangan UI/UX untuk Emergency Button pada penanggulangan situasi darurat yang dapat digunakan masyarakat sebagai sarana bantuan dalam mendapatkan pertolongan pertama secara lebih mudah dan efektif. Metode yang digunakan dalam pembuatan rancangan prototype aplikasi pertolongan darurat ini adalah menggunakan metode Design Thinking. Metode ini terdiri tahap emphatize, define, ideate, prototyping, dan testing. Hasil uji coba rancangan aplikasi ini menyatakan tingkat keberhasilan pengguna dalam mengerjakan tugas yang diberikan adalah 98%, dan hasil Single Ease Question dari skala 1 – 7 mendapatkan nilai 5,8 yang artinya aplikasi yang dibangun tidak sulit digunakan dan dapat diterima di masyarakat tetapi masih memerlukan sosialisasi dan adaptasi dalam penggunaannya.
