Critical Review Untuk Membandingkan Faktor-Faktor Penyebab Keterlambatan Kontruksi Di Negara Maju Dan Berkembang
Abstract
Keterlambatan proses konstruksi menjadi permasalahan umum yang menyebabkan utamanya kerugian dalamwaktu dan biaya yang membengkak. Penyebab keterlambatan memiliki variasi yang sangat tinggi, dan umumya dikelompokkan dalam kelompok-kelompok besar. Penelitian ini kemudian mencermati masing-masing penyebab pada beberapa negara sebagai studi kasus dan kemudian melihat perbandingannya dalam tabel-tabel yang dikonsolidasi sedemikian rupa sehingga memuat informasi kelompok penyebab dan peringkat signifikansinya. Hasil penelitian kemudian meyimpulkan apabila faktor terkait kontraktor menjadi penyebab utama keterlambatan konstruksi, baik di negara maju maupun negara berkembang.
