Change Order hampir dipastikan terjadi dalam proyek konstruksi, agar proyek dapat terselesaikan dengan tujuan memenuhi keinginan dan harapan pengguna jasa, tetapi bila terlalu banyak terjadi Change Order pada proyek konstruksi akan merugikan. Apalagi pada konstruksi bangunan air tingkat Change Order cukup sering hal tersebut harus diminimalisasi dengan diidentifikasi apa yang menjadi penyebab terjadinya Change Order. Pada penelitiaan ini dilakukan penelusuran apa yang menjadi faktor penyebab Change Order proyek bangunan air dengan studi kasus proyek-proyek pemerintah Daerah di Wilayah Kabupaten Kuningan. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini yaitu dengan analisi Deskriptif. Hasil dari penelitian ini menyimpulkan lima faktor yang paling dominan terjadinya Change Oeder adalah (1) Masalah kontraktor, (2) Kondisi fisik lapangan, (3) Perubahan ruang lingkup, (4) Masalah konsultan pengawas/pengawas internal dan (5) Kesalahan atau kelalaian dalam desain, (6) Masalah di lokasi proyek, (7) Kebijakan pemilik proyek, (8) Kendala keamanan dan keselamatan, (9) Masalah pembiayaan proyek dan apabila dilihat dari unsur pemangku kepentingan Change Order lebih banyak disebabkan oleh penyedia jasa.Downloads
