MODEL ADOPSI SISTEM INFORMASI MANAJEMEN PROYEK KONSTRUKSI

Abstract


Untuk meningkatkan kinerja organisasi, Teknologi Informasi dan Komunikasi (TIK) diadopsi ke dalam Manajemen Proyek Konstruksi (MPK) oleh Organisasi Penyedia Jasa Konstruksi (OPJK) dalam bentuk Sistem Informasi Manajemen Proyek Konstruksi (SIM-PK). Namun, adopsi tersebut dinilai lambat, meskipun ada cukup banyak penelitian mengenai manfaat potensial SIM-PK yang dapat diperoleh OPJK. Oleh karena itu, pengetahuan mengenai proses adopsi SIM-PK dinilai akan dapat memudahkan OPJK dalam mengambil manfaat potensial TIK di dalam MPK mereka, sehingga tujuan peningkatan kinerja organisasi dapat tercapai. Tulisan ini meninjau model adopsi SIM-PK yang dilakukan OPJK ke dalam proses bisnis MPK mereka. Tinjauan dilakukan menggunakan pendekatan ICT-enabled organization transformation dari sejumlah jurnal baru-baru ini. Model adopsi digambarkan dalam bentuk diagram alur dan analisis terhadap temuan jurnal dilakukan secara deskripsi untuk menjelaskan bagaimana OPJK mengadopsi SIM-PK ke dalam MPK mereka. Selain itu, dilakukan diskusi mengenai beberapa kondisi adopsi yang mungkin dialami OPJK. Hasil tinjauan menunjukkan bahwa proses adopsi SIM-PK merupakan serangkaian tahap-tahap yang perlu dilakukan OPJK. Ada sejumlah pihak pemangku kepentingan di dalam dan di sekitar OPJK yang berperan penting pada setiap tahap proses adopsi SIM-PK ke dalam proses bisnis MPK mereka. Selain itu, ada sejumlah inersia organisasi yang perlu diantisipasi OPJK agar proses adopsi dapat menuju kepada peningkatan kinerja organisasi.
