ANALISIS JARINGAN LTE FREKUENSI 700 MHZ DAN 900 MHZ MENGGUNAKAN METODE DIMENSIONING LTE

Upaya peningkatan layanan yaitu dengan mengimplementasikan teknologi yang lebih handal dari segi kecepatan akses maupun kapasitas serta ekspansi jangkauan. Teknologi Long Term Evolution (LTE) dapat menjadi jawaban atas kebutuhan tersebut. Pemanfaatan spektrum Digital Dividend dan LTE memungkinkan pembangunan broadband paling efisien, khususnya untuk menjangkau wilayah - wilayah yang sulit dijangkau. Implementasi LTE di pita frekuensi Digital Dividend menyediakan solusi paling ideal untuk mempercepat ketersediaan akses broadband yang terjangkau secara universal kepada seluruh masyarakat dalam rangka memenuhi target cakupan dan kapasitas. Model analisa yang digunakan berdasarkan prinsip network planning dengan menggunakan metoda capacity and coverage dimensioning untuk menentukan perancangan teknologi LTE dan menggunakan MATLAB untuk menghitung persamaan matematis. Penelitian ini bertujuan memberikan gambaran site yang diperlukan untuk penerapan teknologi LTE pada frekuensi 700 MHz dan 900 MHz. Dua skenario yang digunakan dan dibedakan dengan frekuensi 700 MHz dan 900 MHz dan bandwidth 5 MHz, 10 MHz, 15 MHz dan 20 MHz. Hasil dari penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan perbandingan gambaran site yang diperlukan untuk penerapan teknologi LTE yang didapat pada frekuensi 700 MHz dan 900 MHz area Kota Bekasi.
