Strategi implementasi Sistem Manajemen K3 yang berkelanjutan pada perusahaan pembangkit listrik Indonesia

Tujuan penelitian ini mengembangkan strategi implementasi K3 pada perusahaan pembangkit listrik secara berkelanjutan berdasarkan analisis kondisi internal dan eksternal perusahaan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian studi kasus. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi, penyebaran kuesioner, dan wawancara. Data-data yang diperoleh dianalisis menggunakan matriks IFE, EFE, IE, dan SWOT. Prioritas pengembangan strategi dilakukan melibatkan stakeholder pada forum FGD. Hasil analisis matriks IE menunjukkan posisi perusahaan pada Sel - I (grow and build). Kekuatan utama perusahaan adalah pada komitmen manajemen, dukungan anggaran dan SDM, sementara kelemahan utama terletak pada masalah konsistensi. Berdasarkan hasil FGD disepakati 5 strategi yang dipilih untuk diterapkan pada kasus perusahaan pembangkit listrik, yaitu Penguatan komitmen untuk meningkatkan implementasi SMK3, Peningkatan Konsistensi dalam penerapan SMK3, Penyempurnaan perangkat aturan/prosedur dengan memuat aspek K3 secara rinci, Peningkatan program edukasi dan sosialisasi secara komprehensif dan Penegakan sanksi terhadap pelanggaran aturan K3. Perusahaan perlu mengkader lebih banyak SDM yang berkompeten dalam bidang K3 untuk mengantisipasi rotasi dan promosi pegawai akibat organisasi perusahaan yang dinamis. Perusahaan memiliki peluang meraih penghargaan K3 yang dapat menjadi sarana promosi bagi perusahaan, yaitu akan menaikan citra perusahaan sehingga dapat meningkatkan daya saing perusahaan.Downloads
