Analisis Pengukuran Nilai Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) Pada Mesin Rice Milling Unit (RMU) di PT. FSTJ

Abstract


Tingkat produksi beras PT. FSTJ cenderung mengalami kenaikan. PT. FSTJ berupaya untuk mengantisipasi kenaikan produksi yang terjadi dengan membuat strategi perencanaan kapasitas produksi dengan lebih baik. Salah satunya dengan menggunakan perhitungan nilai Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) sebagai acuan penilaian efektifitas fasilitas produksi yang ada. Berdasarkan hasil observasi pemantauan parameter OEE yang dilakukan didapat hasil nilai rata rata OEE selama tiga bulan sebesar 57,02%, rasio ketersediaan atau availability ratio sebesar 92,78%, rasio kinerja atau performance ratio 87,12% dan rasio kualitas atau quality ratio sebesar 70,54%. Secara umum, usia pakai mesin yang ada masih relatif baru dan beroperasi dengan kondisi yang baik, sehingga nilai OEE yang didapat dapat dijadikan sebagai parameter acuan nilai OEE dimasa yang akan datang. Hasil penelitian ini dapat menjadi dasar rencana pengembangan Smart Manufacturing System pada perusahaan, dimana nilai OEE akan dimonitor secara waktu nyata atau realtime sebagai sebuah real-time OEE monitoring system.
