Kajian Perilaku Berisiko Pengendara Sepeda Motor di Indonesia
Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menentukan faktor-faktor perilaku berisiko pengendara sepeda motor di Indonesia yang berhubungan dengan risiko terjadinya kecelakaan lalu lintas. Tujuan tersebut akan dicapai melalui dua tahap penelitian. Tahap pertama adalah mengembangkan instrumen survei berupa kuesioner yang representatif dan tervalidasi untuk menilai perilaku berkendara pengendara sepeda motor di Indonesia. Kuesioner disusun berdasarkan studi penelitian terdahulu mengenai motorcycle rider behaviour questionnaire (MRBQ). Tahap kedua adalah melakukan survei dengan penyebaran kuesioner di Indonesia. Penelitian ini menggunakan 75 indikator untuk mengukur delapan variabel yang diteliti yaitu traffic error, control error, traffic violation, speed violation, safety equipment, safety violation, stunts, dan local behaviour. Sebanyak 370 data berhasil dikumpulkan berdasarkan teknik sampling homogeneous purposive sampling dan diolah menggunakan teknik PLS-SEM. Hasil pengolahan data dengan PLS-SEM menunjukkan ke-8 faktor secara signifikan berpengaruh terhadap risky rider behaviour dimana komponen traffic violation memiliki pengaruh paling tinggi pada aspek perilaku berisiko pengendara sepeda motor di Indonesia.
