Analisis Value Added Activities dan Non-Value Added Activities pada Proses Penimbangan Bahan Baku di Industri Farmasi untuk Meningkatan Kapasitas Produksi

Analisis kapasitas produksi sangat dibutuhkan industri farmasi guna memenuhi kebutuhan pasar mendatang di negara-negara Asia. Dalam rangka memenuhi target tersebut, sebuah industri farmasi harus memastikan bahwa fasilitas produksinya memiliki kapasitas yang memadai untuk beberapa tahun ke depan. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memaksimalkan kapasitas produksi dengan menggunakan analisis aktivitas value added dan non value added guna menghitung kenaikan kapasitas. Hasil dari reduksi aktivitas tersebut adalah adanya peningkatan sebesar 14% untuk skala penimbangan kecil, dan 17% untuk skala penimbangan besar. Oleh karena itu dibutuhkan perbaikan dan perencanaan terkait proses produksi agar dapat mencapai target yang dibutuhkan dengan biaya yg minim.
