Menurunkan Waktu Kegiatan Inspeksi dengan Pembuatan Sistem Alat Bantu Kerja Work Order Maintenance di Perusahaan Otomotif dengan Pendekatan DMAIC
Abstract
Kegiatan preventive maintenance dilakukan sebanyak 2 orang manpower setiap harinya untuk merawat 215 mesin dari 11 lini produksi di Perusahaan Otomotif. Berdasarkan banyaknya waktu proses inspeksi sehingga menjadi proses lebih lama sebesar 1.569 menit. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menemukan cara efisiensi waktu kerja dalam kegiatan inspeksi work order maintenance yang dilakukan oleh tenaga kerja. Pendekatan DMAIC digunakan untuk memecahkan masalah didukung diagram fishbone dan analisis 5W + 1H. Dilakukan observasi dan wawancara terhadap kegiatan inspeksi work order maintenance, didapatkan bahwa waktu inspeksi sebesar 1.569 menit. Data tersebut dianalisis dan didapatkan bahwa terdapat pemborosan waktu yang dilakukan. Terdapat perbaikan dengan pembuatan sistem work order maintenance secara digital yang digunakan untuk mengoptimalkan waktu proses kegiatan inspeksi. Setelah diimplementasikan, terdapat pengurangan waktu proses inspeksi work order maintenance dengan waktu inspeksi total 1.282 menit. Terdapat penurunan waktu inspeksi sebesar 22.39% di lini produksi CR 2 dan 2.73% untuk seluruh area lini produksi machining.
