Abstrak
Persaingan ekonomi global dan permintaan pasar baik lokal maupun international mewajibkan perusahaan untuk membangun dan mengembangkan sistem manajemen internal yang sesuai dengan standar internasional. Karena persaingan ekonomi dunia yang semakin ketat, banyak organisasi mengadopsi dan mengimplementasi program peningkatan kualitas secara efektif. Program peningkatan kualitas tersebut terdapat dalam Sistem Manajemen Mutu (SMM), SMM tersebut dikembangkan dalam sertifikasi standar ISO 9001:2015. ISO 9001:2015 adalah suatu standar yang berisi persyaratan sistem manajemen mutu yang diterbitkan oleh International Organization for Standarization (IOS). PT. Trans Power Marine, Tbk bergerak dalam bidang transportasi kapal tanker. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi kondisi PT. Trans Power Marine saat ini dan seberapa besar kesiapan PT. Trans Power Marine untuk persiapan sertifikasi ISO 9001:2015 dan memberikan rekomendasi dan menyusun dokumen mutu perusahaan sesuai dengan persyaratan ISO 9001 2015. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah Gap Analysis. Perhitungan persentase analisis kesiapan dengan menggunakan GAP Analysis atau analisa kesenjangan menunjukan bahwa nilai terendah terdapat pada klausul 6 tentang Perencanaan dalam tindakan menghadapi resiko, yaitu sebesar 75%. Dari hal tersebut dapat disimpulkan untuk klausul perencanaan ini pelaksanaannya harus disusun berdasarkan aktivitas yang menimbulkan risiko dan peluang. Untuk persentase tertinggi terdapat pada klausul 7 tentang Support yaitu sebesar 90%. Rata-rata prosentasi dari pemenuhan klausul 4 s/d 10 sebesar 83,92 % artinya Organisasi siap untuk melengkapi QMS ISO 9001:2015 dan melakukan sertifikasi upgrading oleh URS Indonesia
