PERHITUNGAN PERAMALAN DAN PERSEDIAAN STOK GAS ELPIJI PADA KOPERASI

Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menentukan jumlah penjualan dan persediaan yang optimal dengan menghitung peramalan permintaan menggunakan 11 metode, salah satunya adalah Multiplicative Decomposition CMA. Sedangkan metode persediaan yang digunakan adalah Economic Order Quantity (EOQ), Economic Order Interva l(EOI), Min-Max System, P Model dan Q Model. Objek penelitian ini adalah Koperasi KDP, koperasi yang menjual belikan Gas LPG 3Kg yang berlokasi di Jakarta Selatan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif dimana data dikumpulkan, dianalisis, dan diproses sehingga dapat mengetahui permasalahan yang terjadi pada Koperasi KDP. Hasil penelitian didapat model persediaan yang paling tepat digunakan adalah metode Economic Order Quantity (EOQ) karena menghasilkan total biaya yang paling kecil jika dibandingkan dengan metode Economic Order Interval, Min Max Inventory, P Model dan Q Model. Kesimpulannya untuk periode selanjutnya sebaiknya menjual sebanyak 51.290 tabung gas untuk elpiji 3kg, sesuai hasil perhitungan peramalan.
