Penerapan FTA dan Analisis Faktor untuk Mengurangi Keterlambatan Supply Logistik di Perusahaan Kontruksi

Penelitian ini mengidentifikasi dan menganalisis penyebab keterlambatan pasokan logistik dalam industri konstruksi, yang berdampak signifikan terhadap jadwal proyek dan biaya. Masalah utama yang dihadapi adalah keterlambatan pengiriman material hingga 25 hari pada beberapa proyek, yang disebabkan oleh faktor internal seperti hilangnya Purchase Order (PO) dan revisi spesifikasi, serta faktor eksternal seperti pengiriman bertahap dan spesifikasi barang yang tidak sesuai. Penelitian ini menggunakan Fault Tree Analysis (FTA) untuk membangun model hierarki penyebab keterlambatan dan Analisis Faktor untuk mengidentifikasi faktor kunci yang mempengaruhi efisiensi pengiriman. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa faktor internal dan eksternal, serta bencana alam seperti banjir, merupakan penyebab utama keterlambatan. Berdasarkan temuan ini, rekomendasi strategis disusun untuk meningkatkan manajemen logistik, termasuk kontrol PO yang lebih ketat, pengembangan pemasok baru, dan peningkatan infrastruktur teknologi informasi. Temuan ini diharapkan dapat membantu perusahaan konstruksi dalam mengurangi risiko keterlambatan dan meningkatkan efisiensi operasional.
