Usulan Perbaikan Tingkat Kesiapan I4.0 di Perusahaan Agro Industri

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi tingkat kesiapan digital pada sebuah perusahaan agroindustri skala menengah dalam menghadapi transformasi menuju Industri 4.0. Evaluasi dilakukan berdasarkan lima pilar utama dalam kerangka INDI 4.0 yang meliputi: Manajemen dan Organisasi, Orang dan Budaya, Produk dan Layanan, Teknologi, serta Operasi Pabrik. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan studi kasus dengan pengumpulan data melalui kuesioner self-assessment berbasis INDI 4.0, wawancara semi-terstruktur dengan Manajer IT sebagai responden kunci, dan observasi langsung terhadap operasional perusahaan. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kuantitatif dengan pembobotan skor sesuai pedoman resmi INDI 4.0. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perusahaan memperoleh skor INDI 4.0 sebesar 2,26 yang termasuk dalam kategori kesiapan sedang (Level 2). Meskipun perusahaan telah mengadopsi beberapa inisiatif digital seperti sistem ERP dan pemantauan suhu pada cold storage, masih terdapat kekurangan dalam hal integrasi teknologi secara menyeluruh dan pengembangan kompetensi SDM yang memadai. Oleh karena itu, disusunlah sebuah roadmap strategis sebagai rekomendasi perbaikan, untuk mendorong peningkatan kesiapan digital dan memperkuat daya saing perusahaan di era industri digital.
