HUBUNGAN ANTARA KEPRIBADIAN OPENNESS TO EXPERIENCE TERHADAP ADAPTASI RUANG BEKERJA DI RUMAH

Ruang dapat melakukan intervensi dan membentuk perilaku seseorang, sehingga aspek psikologi dalam membentuk sebuah ruang perlu diperhatikan berdasarkan kondisi sosial maupun kepribadian dari pengguna supaya memberikan kenyamanan serta memenuhi kebutuhan pengguna secara psikis. Rumah seyogyanya merupakan tempat untuk bernaung, namun pada konteks yang lebih luas rumah dapat dijadikan tempat untuk bekerja dan belajar (terlebih pada kondisi pandemi, dimana banyak aktifitas bekerja maupun belajar dilakukan didalam rumah). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menggali keterkaitan kepribadian openness to experience dengan kecenderungan dalam memilih ruang bekerja dirumah sebagai bagian dari proses adaptasi untuk menciptakan sebuah ruang inklusif di rumah. Metode yang digunakan adalah analisis isi dengan data yang diperoleh dari kuesioner. Hasil akhir yang diharapkan adalah sebuah pola model hipotesa adaptasi responden terhadap ruang belajar atau bekerja di rumah berdasarkan tipe kepribadian big five inventory (khususnya seseorang dengan kepribadian openness to experience).
