Strategi LPS-RTV Dalam Era Siaran Digital Yang Menjadi Salah Satu Penyelenggara Multipleksing Di Wilayah Jabodetabek

Dengan perkembangan Teknologi konvergensi, serta mengacu pada
peraturan Menteri Komunikasi dan Informatika Indonesia Nomor
36/PER/M. KOMINFO/11/2012. tentang Persyaratan Teknis Alat dan
Perangkat Pemancar Televisi Siaran Digital Berbasis Standar Digital
Video Broadcasting Terrestrial – Second Generation DVB-T2. Yang
mana standar generasi kedua ini memiliki keunggulan dari generasi
sebelumnya diantaranya ada penghematan 50% daya dan tambahan
kapasitas data ratenya mencapai 40 Mbit/s. Dengan menggunakan
COFDM – Modulasi 64QAM untuk penerimaan tidak bergerak dan
256QAM untuk HDTV. Digital Video Broadcasting generasi kedua
(DVB-T2) ini sebagai standar yang resmi digunakan di Indonesia.
Dengan menggunakan Analisa SWOT kinerja di suatu instansi dapat di
lihat apakah Strategi perusahaan tersebut masih sesuai untuk dijalankan
oleh manajemen perusahaan itu untuk mencapai tujuan yang diharapkan
kedepannya.
