Implementasi Material Requirements Planning Pada Perencanaan Persediaan Kebutuhan Bahan Baku Roti

Rencana dan pengendalian bahan mentah adalah hal terpenting untuk mengelola suatu perusahaan agar dapat mengelola sarana yang dimiliki agar proses pabrikasi dapat berjalan dengan tepat dan efisien. Penelitian yang dilakukan ini bertujuan merancang sistem dengan prosedur Material Requirements Planning untuk memonitoring kebutuhan bahan dasar. Adapun bahan dasar yang dibutuhkan perusahaan agar dapat menjalankan kegiatan produksinya adalah coklat, keju, pengembang roti, ragi, tepung terigu, gula, dan susu. Agar dapat memenuhi kebutuhan produksi, maka perusahaan harus merencanakan dengan baik bahan baku yang digunakan, dimana bahan baku harus sudah ada sebelum produksi roti dilakukan. Adapun salah satu pemecahan masalah tersebut ialah dengan membuat sistem untuk memonitoring kebutuhan bahan dasar pada pabrikasi roti dengan prosedur Material Requirements Planning. Penelitian yang dilakukan ini dapat menghitung jumlah bahan dasar yang dibutuhkan dan juga Bahan dasar yang ada sebelum mekanisme pembuatan Roti sehingga dapat mengurangi terjadinya output produksi yang menurun dikarenakan bahan baku yang tidak tersedia.Downloads
