PENGARUH MOTIVASI, PENGEMBANGAN KARIR, DAN REMUNERASI TERHADAP KINERJA PEKERJA PT. PERTAMINA RU III PLAJU PALEMBANG

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui apakah Motivasi, Pengembangan Karir dan Remunerasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Di PT. PERTAMINA RU III Plaju Palembang. Jenis penelitian dalam studi ini adalah penelitian asosiatif dan menggunakan metode analisis Regresi. Hasil penelitian menyimpulkan bahwa Motivasi, Pengembangan Karir, dan Remunerasi secara simultan memberikan pengaruh signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan dengan Fhitung =17.035 > Ftable = 2.74. Sedangkan secara parsial Motivasi dan Pengembangan Karir mempunyai pengaruh yang signifikan dengan thitung > ttabel sedangkan Remunerasi dengan thitung < ttabel tidak berpengaruh terhadap Kinerja, Dari hasil output model summary dengan nilai determinasi R2 sebesar 0,373 artinya Pengaruh Motivasi, Pengembangan Karir, dan Remunerasi terhadap Kinerja sebesar 37,3% sedangkan sisanya dipengaruhi oleh variabel lainnya.References
