Prototipe Sistem Alarm dan Monitoring Jadwal Pengambilan Obat Berbasis Internet Of Thing untuk Pasien Lansia

Dengan meningkatnya jumlah lansia yang hidup sendirian, penting untuk menciptakan solusi yang dapat membantu mereka dalam mengingat jadwal waktu minum obat guna mencegah potensi masalah kesehatan. Kesehatan mereka sangat tergantung pada kepatuhan terhadap pengaturan konsumsi obat. Pasien Lansia mungkin mengalami kesulitan dalam mengingat jadwal konsumsi obat karena faktor seperti penurunan daya ingat atau gangguan kognitif oleh karena itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang prototipe sistem alarm monitoring obat sebagai pengingat waktu jadwal minum obat berbasis Internet of Thing. Pada penelitian ini, terdapat beberapa komponen seperti Real Time Clock (RTC), Sensor Ultrasonik, Motor Servo NodeMCU ESP32 yang terhubung ke Arduino Uno. Sistem ini dirancang untuk mempermudah pasien lansia dalam mengonsumsi obat secara tepat waktu serta membantu perawat dalam memantau jadwal waktu minum obat melalui notifikasi yang dikirimkan secara otomatis ke aplikasi Telegram dengan delay sekitar 3.006 detik ini, perawat kemungkinan besar tidak akan merasakan keterlambatan yang signifikan dalam menerima pesan notifikasi. Hasil pengujian RTC memiliki akurasi yang tinggi dengan penyimpangan waktu atau eror yang kecil.Kotak obat akan terbuka secara otomatis ketika pasien berada pada jarak kurang 20 cm dan waktu bertepatan dengan jadwal minum obat, sistem secara otomatis memicu alarm atau peringatan berupa bunyi buzzer dan LED yang menyala sebagai pengingat. Prototipe ini memberikan solusi inovatif untuk meningkatkan kepatuhan jadwal konsumsi obat lansia.Downloads
