ANALISIS KELAYAKAN POTENSI PEMBANGUNAN PLTBg POME DI WILAYAH PERKEBUNAN SAWIT
Abstract
ABSTRAK
Pabrik Kelapa Sawit (PKS) yang dimiliki PT. Grahacipta Bangko Jaya (GBJ) memiliki kapasitas terpasang sebesar 52 ton TBS (Tandan Buah Segar)/jam. PKS PT. GBJ terletak di Desa Karang Anyar, Kecamatan Pemenang Barat, Kabupaten Merangin, Provinsi Jambi. Pabrik beroperasi selama 20 jam sehari selama 330 hari per tahun. Sumber sawit diperoleh dari perkebunan milik sendiri seluas 600 hektar dan beberapa perkebunan plasma milik rakyat. Pabrik ini menghasilkan CPO sebanyak 10 ton/jam. Laju alir limbah POME selama Agustus 2016 sebesar 34.000 m3. Limbah cair sawit (Palm Oil Mill Effluent/POME) diambil dari keluaran fat pit menuju cooling pond 1 dengan kandungan COD rata-rata sebesar 49.500 ppm, TSS 19.750 ppm, FOG 118,57 ppm, pH 4-5 dan suhu 55oC.. Dari kolam tersebut POME dialirkan menuju lokasi pembangkit listrik biogas (PLTBg) yang terletak sejauh ±300 m dari lokasi pengambilan limbah POME di lokasi pabrik. Lahan pembangunan PLTBg memiliki kondisi tanah berupa lempung sedang yang cukup baik untuk pembangunan PLTBg POME. Dengan mengetahui sifat kepadatan lempung sedang, perlu diperhatikan daya dukung tanah agar struktur tidak mengalami kegagalan. Listrik yang dihasilkan akan didistribusikan secara on-grid ke jaringan PLN dengan jarak ke jaringan tegangan menengah dekat dari lokasi yang disediakan. PLTBg di Kabupaten Merangin akan menggunakan teknologi konversi COD berupa modified covered lagoon yang dilengkapi dengan peralatan gas treatment untuk mempersiapkan biogas memasuki gas engine. Gas engine yang digunakan memiliki kapasitas 2x600 MWe.

ABSTRACT
Palm Oil Factory (PKS) owned by PT. Grahacipta Bangko Jaya (GBJ) has an installed capacity of 52 tons FFB (Fresh Fruit Bunches) / hour. PKS PT. GBJ is located in Karang Anyar Village, District of West Winner, Merangin District, Jambi Province. The plant operates for 20 hours a day for 330 days per year. The source of palm is obtained from its own 600 hectare plantation and several smallholder plasma estates. This factory produces CPO of 10 tons / hour. POME's waste flow rate during August 2016 was 34,000 m3. Palm Oil Mill Effluent (POME) is taken from fat pit output to cooling pond 1 with average COD content of 49.500 ppm, TSS 19.750 ppm, FOG 118.57 ppm, pH 4-5 and temperature 55oC .. From The pool is piped to the location of biogas power plant (PLTBg) located ± 300 m from the location of POME waste at the factory site. The land of PLTBg development has good soil clay condition which is good enough for PLTBg POME development. By knowing the properties of medium clay density, it is necessary to note the carrying capacity of the soil so that the structure does not fail. The electricity generated will be distributed on-grid to the PLN network with the distance to the near medium voltage network from the provided location. PLTBG in Merangin District will use COD conversion technology in the form of modified covered lagoon equipped with gas treatment equipment to prepare biogas entering gas engine. The gas engine used has a capacity of 2x600 MWe.
