ANALISIS POSTUR TUBUH PEKERJA DEPARTEMEN STAINING FINISHING MENGGUNAKAN METODE REBA (RAPID ENTIRE BODY ASSESSMENT) DI PT BERDIKARI MEUBEL NUSANTARA

Abstract


PT Berdikari Meubel Nusantara perusahaan manufaktur dengan produk utama beach chair strandkorb. Dalam melakukan pekerjaan operator masih banyak mengeluhkan ketidaknyamanan saat bekerja seperti keluhan rasa nyeri pada bagian tubuh hal ini dibuktikan dari hasil kuisoner Nordic Body Map (NBM) diketahui bahwa departemen staining finishing memiliki persentase keluhan agak sakit sebesar 60% pada punggung, 48% pada pinggang dan 52 % pada bagian lengan kanan atas. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Rapid Entire Body Assessment (REBA) untuk mengukur keseluruhan postur bagian tubuh pekerja yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui tingkat risiko stasiun kerja di departemen staining finishing. Hasil pengolahan REBA diketahui bahwa stasiun kerja staining dan stasin kerja soft sanding memiliki skor tertinggi dengar skor 7 pada stasiun kerja staining dan skor 5 pada stasiun kerja soft sanding hal ini menunjukkan tingkat risiko medium yang berarti perlu adanya perbaikan stasiun kerja untuk menghindari kemungkinan resiko Muskuloskeletal Disorders (MSDs).
