PEMILIHAN SUPLIER MENGGUNAKAN METODE ANP ANALYTIC NETWORK PROCESS

Kuatnya tekanan kompetisi memaksa banyak organisasi/perusahaan untuk menyediakan produk dan layanan kepada pelanggan lebih cepat, lebih murah dan lebih baik daripada pesaing. Perusahaan menyadari bahwa mereka tak dapat melakukan sendiri tanpa pemasok yang handal dan memuaskan. Oleh karena semakin pentingnya keputusan seleksi pemasok dalam organisai, diperlukan metode yang mudah di mengerti, hasilnya dapat di tunjukan dengan grafik atau angka, mudah dipakai dan sesuai dengan pemikiran manusia. Dipilih ANP Analytic Network Prosess, karena kelebihan yang di punyai yaitu: menggunakan struktur jaringan, mengakomodasi saling keterkaitan antar kriteria, subkriteria dan alternatif, pertukaran suatu aspek untuk mendapatkan aspek lain. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada salah satu perusahaan multinasional terbesar di Indonesia, yang bergerak di bidang Flavours (esen, perasa makanan dan minuman). Hasil akhir diperoleh urutan 4 kriteria utama dalam rnemilih suplier yaitu: harga, pengiriman tepat waktu, kualitas dan flexibilitas dalam keadaan darurat. Hal ini dikarenakan pengaruh 4 kriteria tersebut sangat besar terhadap kriteria lainnya. Sebagai ilustrasi, bila kualitas baha baku tidak memenuhi standard minimum, kriteria lainya seperti harga dan pengiriman tidak di pertimbangkan lagi.Downloads
