Analisis Lean Manufacturing Proses Produksi VAMP Menggunakan Value Stream Mapping (VSM)

Abstract


Industri manufaktur yang bergerak dibidang printing komponen sepatu dalam proses produksinya cenderung mengalami hambatan berupa aktivitas-aktivitas yang tidak memberikan nilai tambah, sehingga memberikan pengaruh pada kelancaran aktivitas produksi dan tidak tercapai target produksi. Tujuan dilakukan penelitian adalah untuk mengetahui faktor–faktor terjadi masalah dalam proses dan upaya yang dilakukan untuk mengefisiensi aktivitas-aktivitas yang tidak memiliki nilai tambah pada proses produksi. Metode Value Stream Mapping digunakan sebagai proses implementasi dari lean manufacture dengan cara mengidentifikasi tahapan yang tidak memiliki nilai tambah pada setiap aliran proses. Hasil penelitian ditemukan pemborosan (waste) pada proses produksi komponen Vamp diantaranya yaitu waste transportation dan waste waiting. Berdasarkan perolehan hasil yang telah dilakukan terdapat perbaikan terhadap waktu produksi pada future state mapping yaitu mengalami penurunan sebesar 41,8% dan penurunan lead time sebesar 65,4%. Selain itu perlu adanya langkah perbaikan lebih lanjut dalam memodifikasi layout pabrik untuk meminimasi pemborosan tersebut dan menambah alat bantu transportasi berupa trolley untuk meminimasi waste transportation.
