REDUKSI MANAJEMEN RESIKO MESIN WINDING VERTIKAL STUDI KASUS DI PT. XYZ

Penelitian ini untuk mengetahui kondisi eksisting sistem dan fasilitas, mesin dan peralatan mesin winding vertikal dari aspek safety, teknis dan lingkungan. Agar dapat memberi usulan perbaikan atau peningkatan kondisi eksisting dan upaya mitigasi resiko khususnya pada lingkup mesin winding vertikal PT XYZ adalah salah satu perusahaan fabrikasi yang memproduksi tranformator dan jasa perawatan tranformasi listrik. PT XYZ merupakan perusahaan joint venture antara Perusahaan Listrik Negara (PLN) dengan PT Alstom salah satu industri pembuatan transformator tenaga listrik besar di dunia. Metode analisis yang digunakan dalam riset ini adalah Risk Reduction Management yang terdiri dari dua tahap utama yakni: penilaian resiko (risk assessment) dan pengurangan resiko(risk reduction) keamanan sebuah mesin. Penilaian resiko (risk assessment) meliputi suatu analisa resiko (risk reduction) diikuti dengan evalusi resiko (risk evaluation). Setelah dilakukan analisis dengan metode Risk Reduction Management untuk mereduksi resiko mesin winding vertikal diusulkan perbaikan sistem elektrikal dan mekanikal.Terutama resiko tidak ada pintu pagar dengan cara pemasangan pintu pagar dengan sistem interlock.
