Optimasi Capaian Target Produksi Melalui Peningkatan Faktor Manusia

Industri garmen di Indonesia telah berkembang dengan baik. Salah satu faktor pendukung berkembangan ini adalah jumlah penduduk Indonesia yang relatif besar. Beberapa industri garmen tidak hanya melayani konsumen akhir, namun juga melayani konsumen bisnis. Industri garmen yang menjadi kajian penelitian ini memiliki konsumen bisnis. Sehingga setiap transaksi pemesanan selau dalam volume pemesanan yang besar. Untuk produk tertentu operator pada line produksi tidak berhasil mencapai target produksi yang ditetapkan perusahan. Hal ini berdampak pada penurunan kinerja pemenuhan order konsumen. Pendekatan untuk menyelesaikan masalah ini adalah dengan melakukan evaluasi terhadap penetapan target produksi dan kinerja operator berbasis pendekatan ergonomi. Hasil yang diperoleh peningkatan capaian target produksi meningkat dengan cara melakukan revisi penetapan target produksi. Target produksi ditetapkan berdasarkan kemampuan operator yang terlibat pada operasi produksi.
