Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi penyebab utama kerusakan produk minuman
selama proses pengiriman serta merumuskan solusi perbaikan berbasis metode Six Sigma
DMAIC. Fokus utama adalah kerusakan pada kemasan botol kaca yang pada tahun 2024
tercatat melebihi ambang toleransi perusahaan sebesar 0,05%, dengan tingkat kerusakan
tertinggi mencapai 0,13%. Pendekatan DMAIC diterapkan melalui tahapan Define,
Measure, Analyze, Improve, dan Control. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa penyebab
utama kerusakan adalah tidak adanya standar kelayakan kendaraan dan pengemudi, prosedur
penataan barang yang belum optimal, serta belum diterapkannya sistem monitoring realtime. Solusi yang diimplementasikan meliputi SOP baru pengiriman, inspeksi kendaraan,
penyegelan truk, serta pelacakan digital. Evaluasi implementasi selama April–Juni 2025
menunjukkan tidak ada kasus kerusakan produk, yang menandakan keberhasilan pendekatan
DMAIC dalam meningkatkan kualitas distribusi dan mendukung target zero damaged
product.
