Indonesia sebagai salah satu negara terdampak COVID-19 mengalami perubahan yang drastis di segi pendidikan. Konsep pembelajaran jarak jauh (PJJ) dimana pendidikan formal dibangku kuliah berubah menjadi belajar dari rumah dengan menggunakan sistem online dalam skala nasional. PJJ harus dapat menjaga mutu belajar anak didik dengan segala keterbatasan yang ada. Link and match antara dunia pendidikan dan industri merupakan syarat mutlak yang harus kita perhatikan. Penelitian ini penting dilakukan mengingat mutu belajar mahasiswa harus tetap terjaga di masa pandemi ini. Adapun teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah simple random sampling dengan menyebarkan kuesioner kepada mahasiswa Universitas 17 Agustus 1945 (Untag) Surabaya. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah regresi linier sederhana untuk mengetahui pengaruh PJJ terhadap mutu belajar mahasiswa. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan jika PJJ dan mutu belajar mahasiswa dalam kategori sedang. Oleh karena itu PJJ perlu ditingkatkan karena secara signifikan memberikan pengaruh terhadap mutu belajar mahasiswa berdasarkan analisis regresi.
