LITERATUR REVIEW PENERAPAN QCC DALAM INDUSTRI

QCC atau dikenal dengan gugus kendali mutu merupakan suatu metode untuk meningkatkan kualitas produk, mengurangi jumlah cacat produk dengan tujuan untuk meningkatkan kepuasan konsumen, serta mengurangi komplain. Dalam penelitian ini melakukan review pada beberapa jurnal yang menggunakan metode QCC untuk melakukan perbaikan pada industri manufaktur maupun industri jasa. Jurnal yang terkumpul sebanyak 32 jurnal. Jurnal Indonesia sebanyak 71,9%, Cina sebanyak 15,6 %, Bangladesh sebanyak 3,1 % dan India sebanyak 9,4%.
