Abstract

The research objective was to analyze the influence of motivation, discipline, and
work environment on employee performance at PT. XYZ, West Jakarta. This type of
quantitative research uses saturated samples using all employees (43 employees). Methods of
collecting data using observation, literature review and questionnaire. The analytical methods
are validity and reliability, percentage descriptive analysis, classic assumption test, and
multiple regression analysis using SPSS for Windows version 25. Conclusions in this study
indicate that discipline and work environment influences positively on employee performance
either partially or simultaneously. Suggestions for PT. XYZ, West Jakarta, among others, if
work motivation is done professionally, employees can work productively which will improve
discipline, a conducive work environment and overall employee performance
