Author Guidelines

Authors should submit only papers that have been carefully proofread and polished. Manuscripts are accepted with the understanding that they are original or extended version of previously published papers in conferences and/or journals and that, if the work received an official sponsorship, it has been duly released for open publication. Before submission please make sure that your paper is prepared using the journal paper template.

The authors must refer to MIX format and style (Author Guidelines Template) . This will ensure fast processing and publication.

Any papers not fulfilling the requirements based on the guideline to authors will not be processed. 

GUIDE TO WRITING ARTICLES FOR JOURNAL

ABSTRACT

Abstract starts with the word ABSTRACT with the Times New Roman typeface 11 pt bold. Description in ABSTRACT using the font Times New Roman 11pt, 1space. Maximum abstract length of 200 words and explain the contents of the article briefly but clearly. Abstract is written in 1 (one) paragraph and ends with keywords containing 4-5 keywords.

  1. 1.        INTRODUCTION

For writing the contents of the article, this template should be used to make it easier in setting the journal layout. If the author follows the rules in this writing properly, journal printing will be faster. The editor will only fill in page numbers and headings for each issue / volume.

  1. 2.        PAGE SIZE

The manuscript is written on A4 paper (21 cm x 29.7 cm), with a mirrored upper margin of 30 mm, below 25 mm cm, left (inside) 25 mm and outside (20 mm). The contents of the paper are written with Times New Roman letters measuring 12 pt with a distance of 1 space, and typed using MS Word. Number of pages of manuscript +20 pages .

  1. 3.        TITLE ARTICLE AND AUTHOR NAME

The article title is written in the middle using Times New Roman letters 12pt bold, as in this template. All author names are mentioned without titles, 12 pt, bold, separated by commas, for the last author separated by the words "and". The author's email address is fully written, Times New Roman, italic, 11pt.

  1. 4.        WRITING ABSTRACT

Each paper must begin with an abstract with 200 words in length and follow by a keyword. Abstracts are written in English and Indonesian. The abstract must be a concise statement of the problem, approach, research results, and conclusions. Abstract contents, including background, objectives, methods used, results and conclusions.

  1. 5.        CONTENTS OF PROBLEMS: 12 PT, PARAGRAPH TITLE (PART) 12 PT

Papers can be written in both Indonesian and English. The writing in the description subject uses the Times New Roman font size 12 pt, justified, 1 space. Authors are allowed to use other types of letters for special purposes such as to distinguish the source code of a computer program. The title of a section (the heading of the section) is written with Times New Roman Capital 12pt, bold. Numbering starts with numbers 1, 2, 3, etc. The paragraph format is justified, and on one page the flat is up and down, so the remaining space can be arranged by the author. Paragraph changes are spaced 1 space.

Subsection

The title of the subsection is written in Times New Roman 12 pt, bold and written in a sentence case model (uppercase only at the beginning). Subsection titles are written without chapter numbers.

 

Page number, header, and footer

Manuscripts include page numbers  

  1. 6.        PICTURES AND TABLES

Tables and images are placed in the center of the page. The table title is written above the table, while the title of the picture is below the picture, both with Times New Roman letters 12 pt. The letters in the table may use Times New Roman 10pt or 11pt, 1space. Tables are described simply, and not chess boards. Tables and images are referred to in the script. The table and image are placed as close to the description that refers to the first time. Generally, Tables and Figures are placed after they are mentioned in the description of the manuscript. Table Numbering and Pictures are sorted from number 1 onwards. Examples of tables can be seen in Table 1. The letters for the description in the picture should be quite large and clear so that they are easy to read.

  1. 7.        EQUATION

Equations are written using Equation Editor or the like. Each variable in the equation is given the first time the variable appears. All equations are written in the middle, with the serial number of the equation placed right

  1. 8.         CONTENTS OF ARTICLES

The article consists of 5 parts, namely:

1) INTRODUCTION

2) LITERATURE REVIEW

3) RESEARCH METHODS

4) RESULTS AND DISCUSSION

5) CONCLUSIONS AND SUGGESTIONS

 

INTRODUCTION

Contains the phenomenon of why article titles need to be examined. The introduction ends with the purpose of the study

 

LITERATURE REVIEW

The theoretical study contains the main theories used to support the phenomenon and discuss the findings of the study. In this section also presented previous research in relation to the research topics written in the article.

 

RESEARCH METHODS

The way to do the research is described in this section. Start the design/type of research, variables (including operational and measurement definitions), population and samples, data and methods of collection, data analysis methods

 

RESULTS AND DISCUSSION

This section presents the research/results. Also discussed the similarities/differences in the results of this study compared to previous theories and studies.

 

CONCLUSIONS AND SUGGESTIONS

Each article manuscript concludes with a conclusion that summarizes the empirical findings of the study and ends with suggestions from the research results

REFERENCES (AND LITERATURE WRITING)

The bibliography is displayed at the end of the article and sorted alphabetically from the main name of the main author. The letters used are Times New Roman 12 pt, with 8 mm hanging format, as in the example below. Text or sentence in the subject matter that refers to the reference is indicated by the last name of the author.

 

Bibliography in journal articles does not have to be the same as Bibliography in the thesis. Bibliography in journal articles according to references used in writing articles. What is written in the Bibliography must be referred to in the article.

 

The reference library must be in the form of published material and or easily accessible by the public. The order of writing a bibliography is as follows.

Book library (only about 20% of the total references/libraries used)

  1. The names of the authors (all authors' names, whether single, two or more)
  2. Year of publication in parentheses
  3. Title (printed italic for books) and edition if available
  4. Name of publisher
  5. Publication place

 

Journal library:

  1. Names of authors (all author names)
  2. Year of publication in parentheses
  3.  "Title" (in quotation marks)
  4. Journal name (italic)
  5.  Journal volume and number
  6.  Page number

 

Library in the form of student final assignments (thesis, thesis, dissertation)

  1. Author's name
  2. Year of publication in parentheses
  3.  "Title" (in quotation marks)
  4. Name of final assignment (printed italic)
  5. Name of college
  6. College city
