Model bisnis telekemonukasi di Indonesia sangat tergantung dari
strategi bisnis yang dipakai maupun alokasi spektrum frekuensi yang
diperoleh oleh operator telekomunikasi. Dunia telekomunikasi perlu
membuat terobosan bisnis mengingat jumlah pelanggan yang cukup
masif dan cepatnya pelanggan berpindah operator. Keberadaan
pelanggan memerlukan pengelolaan yang cerdas, kreatif dan integratif
terutama dalam memenuhi kebutuhan pelanggan di era digital saat ini.
Transaksi belanja melalui e-money dalam mendukung cashless society
perlu mendapatkan perhatian operator sebagai suatu peluang bisnis
besar. Selain itu, bisnis data, cloud computing serta managed services
menjadi segmen pasar yang potensial dalam menunjang efektivitas dan
efisiensi telekomunikasi.
