Pengaruh Gaya Kepemimpinan Terhadap Kinerja Pegawai Pada Kantor Suku Dinas Kependudukan Dan Pencatatan Sipil Jakarta Selatan

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui gaya kepemimpinan pada Kantor Suku Dinas Kependudukan dan Pencatatan Sipil, kinerja pegawai pada Kantor Suku Dinas Kependudukan dan Pencatatan Sipil, dan pengaruh antara gaya kepemimpinan terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Kantor Suku Dinas Kependudukan dan Pencatatan Sipil Jakarta Selatan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan penulis adalah metode asosiatif kuantitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan penyebaran kuesioner. Metode penentuan sampel menggunakan sampel jenuh dengan 60 sampel. Analisis data menggunakan uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, persamaan regresi linier sederhana, korelasi sederhana, koefisien determinasi, dan uji signifikansi. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa gaya kepemimpinan berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Kantor Suku Dinas Kependudukan dan Pencatatan Sipil Jakarta Selatan. Pemimpin yang mampu memberikan motivasi, professional, cepat tanggap, berprilaku adil, dan memiliki integritas dapat meningkatkan kinerja pegawai. Hasil penelitian ini dapat dipergunakan sebagai salah satu referensi untuk meningkatkan kinerja pegawai Suku Dinas Kependudukan dan Pencatatan Sipil Jakarta Selatan.Downloads
