Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh variable sikap,
norma subyektif / pengaruh sosial dan kontrol individu terhadap perilaku mahasiswa baik
secara parsial maupun simultan. Metode penelitian statistik parametrik menggunakan
desain kuantitatif analisis regresi linier berganda yang pengolahan datanya diproses
dengan program SPSS 21. Jumlah sampel yang menjadi responden sebanyak 81
mahasiswa dan instrument risert yang digunakan berupa kuesioner terstruktur dengan
skala likert. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwaPerilaku Mahasiswa dipengaruhi secara
signifikan oleh faktor sikap dalam mewujudkan lulusan sarjana yang berkualitas.
