PENGARUH KOMPETENSI GURU TERHADAP EFEKTIVITAS PEMBELAJARAN

Penelitian ini bertujuan menguji dan menganalisa pengaruh Kompetensi Pedagogik,
Kompetensi Kepribadian, Kompetensi Sosial dan Kompetensi Profesional terhadap
Efektivitas Pembelajaran.di SMA Negeri 96 Jakarta. Desain penelitian yang di gunakan
bersifat deskriptif berjenis riset eksplanatori dengan metode survey. Data di ambil
menggunakan kuesioner yang di berikan kepada 45 orang responden, dengan tehnik
pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah jenis sensus. Metode analisis yang di gunakan
adalah regresi Linear berganda. Hasil Penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Variabel kompetensi
Pedagogik, Kompetensi Sosial, Kompetensi Profesional secara parsial berpengaruh positif
dan signifikan terhadap Efectivitas Pembelajaran, sedangkan Variabel kompetesi
Kepribadian secara parsial tidak berpengaruh signifikan Efectivitas Pembelajaran Secara
simultan, ke empat variable bebas komptensi pedagogik, kompetensi kepribadan,
kompetensi sosial, dan kompetensi profesional Guru berpengaruh positif dan signifikan
terhadap Efectivitas Pembelajaran di SMA Negeri 96 Jakarta.
